Reiki is a Japanese healing technique that promotes relaxation, helps to reduce stress, and supports physical and emotional healing. It works by channeling universal life force energy through the practitioner’s hands to the recipient, with the intention of clearing energy blockages and restoring balance. The practitioner will use ancient symbols to help direct this healing energy throughout the body.
