Tingshas are wonderful tools to use for Sound Healing. I use Tingshas every day to start the day clear and fresh of mind and body. Tingshas produce a strong sound with a frequency of above 2000 Hertz.

Tingshas are Tibetan cymbals that have been used for ages in prayer and rituals by Tibetan Buddhist practitioners. These cymbals when softly struck together create a prolonged, pleasant tone that helps to break up stuck, stagnant energy in the Chakras.

How to use Tingshas

Simply hold the Tingshas at chest level (Heart Chakra) and strike them together. As the sound reverberates, slowly raise the Tingshas up through your Throat Chakra, Third Eye and Crown Chakras. This will allow the tone to break up any stagnant energy that is creating a blockage within the Heart and Upper Chakras.
